During 2008 there has been a phased introduction of
Energy Preformance Certificates for Commercial properties and on 1st October 2008 all commercial properties of 50m or greater
will require an EPC on sale or let of the property. Warmleigh is a South Wales based company specialising in Commercial and

Home Information Packs commenced on
1st August 2007and was extended to include 3 bedroomed properties from 10th September 2007. From mid December 2007 all
domestic properties put up for sale required a Home Information Pack. As part of the process an Energy Performance Certificate is
needed which gives an indication of how energy efficient your home is. There will also be recommendations suggesting
how you can improve the energy efficiency of your home and reduce your fuel bills. Only an approved, accredited Energy
Assessor can produce the Energy Performance Certificate and Warmleigh is a South Wales based company formed to specialise
in producing Energy Performance Certificates.
